Young Adult

YOUNG ADULT NOVELS:

Thanks so much for stopping by. We all need an outlet for our creativity. For me, it is writing, and I am so glad to be back at it.

The characters are pestering me that their stories need to be told, and what my characters want, my characters get, but not always in the way they imagined.

My current love (I can be fickle in my stories, but in “real” (big talk for a girl who lives in her head) life my past, current, and future love is all one in the same) is Hanging by a Thread. There’s a map, and as in the maps of old there is danger when you go into uncharted territory.

“There be Monsters”

And as always read on.

Barbara Samuel, in her inspirational voice class, asked if I could only write one manuscript what would it be? Young adult was my immediate answer. Reading for me is a pleasure, adventure, and knowledge all rolled into one. I was the kind of kid who came home from the library with a stack of books.
My love for reading transferred to my two boys. They brought me their favorite stories to read just as I did with my dad.
